About Me
Welcome to The Aligned Self. I’m Annamarie, and I’m honoured to share a bit about myself and the journey that has shaped my approach to therapy and healing.
For much of my life, I felt different, disconnected, and unsure of my place in the world. As a result, I’ve explored many modalities to support my growth and transformation and I now hope to share some of what I have learnt to support others on their journeys. It was only through years of self-discovery that I began to understand and embrace the uniqueness of my experiences and to feel at home in the world. This journey has taught me that healing is not a linear process and that each person’s path to wholeness is as unique as they are.
